Adequate indoor sanitary facilities must be provided.

Healthy and nutritious foods will be given to the kitten/cat.

The kitten/cat will not be allowed to be outdoors (whether attended or not attended), except for on a leash, or this contract is VOID. If for any reason, the purchaser cannot retain ownership of the kitten/cat, the breeder shall be given the right of first refusal and/or will assist in placing the kitten/cat with a new family.

The breeder will provide the following health guarantee:

•  Kittens/cats are guaranteed for 72 hours. The purchaser has 72 hours to have any medical tests or examinations at the purchaser’s expense on this kitten/cat for any disease or defect. If at this time a pre-existing health problem is found, the breeder will refund the total price of the kitten/cat and take the kitten/cat back. The breeder is not responsible for any charges incurred in the time of absence of the kitten/cat from the breeder’s residence. After the 72 hours, the purchaser is responsible for all health and behavioral needs and costs, and the breeder will not accept the kitten/cat back for any reason and will not issue any refunds.
• The breeder guarantees kitten/cat not to have FELV or FIV at time of pickup/delivery of said kitten/cat.
• Kittens have a two (2) year replacement guarantee against Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy that affects the life of the kitten. An autopsy or necropsy report and a complete veterinarian history must be furnished and supporting documentation verifying the condition. Upon verification of findings by the purchaser’s vet, the purchaser will be given another kitten of like quality as soon as one becomes available. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A FINANCIAL REFUND BE GIVEN BY THE BREEDER. 
• The purchaser is responsible for all medical expenses IMMEDIATELY after the contract is signed and the purchaser takes the kitten from the breeder.
• The kitten/cat purchaser has accepted complete responsibility for all of the kitten/cat’s health and safety needs, including: transportation, veterinary costs, medical procedures, and appointments from the moment the kitten/cat leaves the breeder’s residence.
• THIS KITTEN/CAT WILL NOT BE BRED WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION. The kitten must remain on NuVet Plus® holistic supplement and Pawtree cat food for twelve (12) months after purchase. Please use these links to make sure the contract is being kept:

• The kitten must be spayed/neutered before it reaches eight (8) months of age, but MUST NOT be fixed until it has reached five (5) months.
  
  

IF THE PURCHASER BREAKS ANY PART OF THIS CONTRACT, OR THIS KITTEN IS VACCINATED BEFORE 16 WEEKS OF AGE, GIVEN FELINE LEUKEMIA, OR FIP, ALL GUARANTEES ARE NULL AND VOID.

A deposit of $100 must be paid to hold a kitten/cat along with the printing and signing of this contract. The deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE.
